Officers

Steve Webster is NOIRA's President.  Steve served 35 years as an HR professional before transitioning to academia.  Steve now plays a dual role for Bluffton University where he recruits adults for degree programs offered on the NSCC campus, and teaches in Bluffton's three adult and graduate education programs.  He particularly enjoys teaching in Bluffton's Human Resource Management degree program.  Steve obtained his B.S.B.A. and Master's in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.  Steve has lived and worked in our region since 1972.  Steve can be reached by e-mail at websters@bluffton.edu

Diann Meyer-Greiser is NOIRA's Vice President.  Diann has worked for The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, in Archbold, for 32 years in various positions.  She has been the Human Resource Director for the bank the last 18 years.  Diann is a graduate of the Ohio School of Banking, Ohio School of Human Resources for bankers, the National School of Human Resource Professionals for bankers and Human Resource Management School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Diann can be reached by e-mail at dmeyer@fm-bank.com 

Caryn McCoy is the NOIRA Treasurer and is the Controller for Diehl Food Ingredients, Inc. in Defiance, Ohio.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Tri-State University.  She has worked in the field of Accounting for fifteen years, ten of those with Diehl.  She has served as NOIRA Treasurer from 2003 to the present.  Caryn can be reached by e-mail at caryn.mccoy@sensoreffects.com.

Deb Snyder is the NOIRA Secretary and is the HR Assistant at Allied Moulded Products, Inc, where she has worked since January, 2006.  She previously worked for Essman Screw Products for seven years where she spent part of her tenure working with Human Resources.  She holds her Associates Degree in Accounting from Northwest State Community College.  Deb can be reached by e-mail at dssnyder@alliedmoulded.com.
